The room shown here is a comfortable, masculine space where we can imagine Grandpa keeping the household accounts and smoking a pipe, or the bachelor brother in a small apartment in the big city. The colors are all rich, earth tones and the furnishings are comfortable and handsome with nothing frilly in sight.
