The Carlton
1931 Aladdin Homes
The Carlton plan shown in the Aladdin kit home catalog for 1931 is a tested standard plan and appears in a number of earlier issues. Less Craftsman detail and cleaner lines updated its bungalow style. Though it appears to be a story and a half, the ceiling height on the second floor allows full head room making this a spacious 1246 sq. ft. on a small 24'x26' footprint.
