The Colonial
1922 Ray H. Bennett Lumber Company
With four bedrooms and one and a half baths, the traditionally styled Colonial was a plan intended to appeal to the large audience of home buyers who looked to historical precedent in home design. One of its most notable characteristics is the number of doors. In addition to the main staircase, there is also a separate stairway from the kitchen to the second floor.
