1918 American Modern Homes by the C. L. Bowes Co.
This Bowes plan has a somewhat shallow porch but it runs the full length of the house to compensate. We’d modify the bedroom access to provide more privacy to the bathroom, but it illustrates the fact that many designers had difficulty incorporating bathrooms into their plans. Still, this is a pleasant enough, small three bedroom home that would have appealed anyone looking for an affordable bungalow.
