Model No. 505 is less than 1300 square feet, but has all the space expected in 1918 plus some. The 24'x28' footprint offers three bedrooms, a bath upstairs, a sleeping porch, and an enclosed private covered porch off the living room. A broad roof, shed dormer, and exposed rafters attest to its Craftsman parentage, but its mass with a side gabled roof and the hooded porch are much more traditional.
