Plan 6-1060 was described as a Queen Anne in the HLF plan book, but we would classify it as a transitional Arts & Crafts style with a hint of the English Rectory. The steeply pitched roof with gracefully flared eaves, distinctive porch and entry with its simple, but elegant detail, and shed dormer envelop what is in many respects a very traditional, but functional, floor plan.
