The Davers plan has all the charm and oddity we associate with many of the home plans of the 1920s. It has three bedrooms and one bath, and a den with its own exterior entrance. The access from the kitchen to the dining room is a bit unusual. With a few minor tweaks though we expect a clever builder would be able to remedy its less convenient idiosyncrasies while retaining the interesting roof line and façade.
