The Elms
1929 Home Builders Catalog
The exterior of the Elms can only be described as eclectic. The white lapped siding has a traditional air even though the facade is very asymmetrical. It's the "thatched" roof though that gives the English Storybook character. The main floor has a circular floorplan, which is convenient for getting from one room to another, but has lots of promising character. The second floor, with three bedrooms and a bath, is more conventional.
