Fom the rear of the hallway, one could access a cement terrace with a pergola ... perfect for having one's morning coffee. As noted in the catalog, this house is "more notable for the size and design of the rooms than for their quantity." Another selling point were the five porches and balconies "giving plentiful out door opportunities."
