1912 Los Angeles InVestment Co. — Practical Bungalows
This plan is another Swiss Chalet that was absorbed into the designs offered by Lewis Manufacturing. It was shown in 1916 as the Lucerne, then renamed the Geneva in 1922 with only nominal changes to the layout. We are particularly smitten with the conservatory off the front porch and the inglenook off the living room.
