This unusual plan is especially interesting because it anticipates the airplane bungalow style that continued to evolve during the Teens. Designed specifically for California living, this plan has two good-sized bedrooms on the second floor with attached sleeping porches for both, a full bath, and a sewing room. The rear bedroom is notable for its walk-in closet. It's a beautiful home that would easily work with 21st century lifestyles. You can almost see the ocean in the background.
