1935 Ladies Home Journal House Pattern Catalog
This little two-bedroom house was billed as a Cotswold Cottage with all the English style expected for its type. Diamond-paned windows over the stairs would have shed light on the reception area. Other features like the fireplace in the dining room or the "motor room" for the car would have been attractive to buyers. We especially like the library-like aspect of the living room and the "book nook" on the second floor.
