1935 Ladies Home Journal House Pattern Catalog
This small three-bedroom French Eclectic plan is an L-shape with the garage located prominently at the front of the house, but lacks convenient access to the kitchen. Despite this drawback, it has considerable European character in its use of stucco and stone, tall half-round wall dormers and half-round entry.
