The Searle is a 2240 sf duplex, but you'd never know it from the exterior, which was designed to fit into any nice residential neighborhood. Each unit has identical amenities of two bedrooms, breakfast nook, and bed closet. A long central hallway buffers the two units, though it wastes more space than we like.
