The Lawndale
1930 Montgomery Ward
The Lawndale and Howard are identical plans with the single exception of the much grander porch on the Lawndale. The extra $100+ bought you the enlarged porch, nicer windows, oak floors in the living room, and upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen and bath.
Where the Howard is a simple bungalow, the Lawndale adds a touch of Colonial Revival in the classic trim and six-over-one windows.
