The Newcastle

The Newcastle appears to be a lot smaller than it is, but it is over 1200 sq. ft. making it a respectably-sized bungalow. It has a bit of half-timbering and clustered columns supporting the porch roof. Inside, French doors lead to a tiny sun room. The living areas including the kitchen are arranged near the front of the house with bedrooms in the rear.
