The Trenton
1930 Montgomery Ward
The Trenton plan has considerable appeal even now. It has a traditional appearance but is asymmetrical, which is a departure from the expected symmetry. An unusual curved gable roof and lots of six-over-one light windows promise a light, airy interior.
The open floorplan has a lovely small sunroom that is accessible from both the front porch and livingroom. With three bedrooms and bath on the second floor this would be a pretty, comfortable home.
