Some of the feature in this plan that appeal to us include the functional floor plan on the main floor with one bedroom and the bath downstairs. A kitchen nook in the kitchen would have provided a pleasant breakfast space and a large sleeping porch upstairs ensures a cool, airy rest on summer nights. The Colonial style is enhanced by the covered porch, shutters, and brick facing.
