English eclectic cottage homes distinguished by a steep, forward-facing gable, often with a catslide, was one of the the more popular small home styles to evolve during the 1920s. Additional features included casement windows, lapped siding, and a covered porch often with an arch. No. 292 was Pacific Ready Cut's entrant for 1925.
