It boasts a modern layout with features like deep closets, an up-to-date kitchen with a cooler, breakfast nook, and amenities that would have pleased the most demanding housewife. The open flow between the living room and dining combined with the many windows was bound to feel airy and bright. View tentatively identified customized version of this plan.

This plan was eithr originally customized or modified by its owners over the last 85+ years, probably both. Real estate records show it as having three bedrooms, one bath. Pacific Ready Cut customized designs from their catalogs as well as drawing up original plans. It's likely that there are many homes in the LA area that owe their origins to Pacific Ready Cut Homes, Inc. but are not kit homes per se.
