Radford's two-story plan No. 7031 borrows elements from both the Tudor Revival and Craftsman styles. The house is a simple cross-gabled, two-story plan with a little decorative half-timbering and some nice Craftsman trim around the windows. Exposed rafters and six-over-one windows complete the ornamentation. The floor plan is more traditional with a reception hall, but overall the flow between spaces seems functional.
