This house plan, No. 7096, is typical of many of the Dutch Colonial Revival style houses that were designed from 1900 to 1940. It appears cross-gabled, though the forward facing gable, being so much smaller and surrounded by roof, is actually a dormer. A front porch under a shed roof runs the length of the house.
