Later sold as the Flossmoor, this Sears house plan has much in common with the layout typical of Foursquares. The house is roughly divided into quarters on both floors. On the main floor, a bump out accommodates the pantry through which one would access the dining room. It seems a little awkward. A large reception hall connects directly via a stair passage with the kitchen at the rear of the house.
