Modern Home No. 264B208 (later called the Elsmore) has a symmetrical facade which, unlike many bungalows, opens into a hall rather than the living room. It's a slightly more formal and traditional plan. Room flow is good with logical access throughout the house. The hipped roof, wide porch with the distinctive pillars, and restrained half-timbering makes it a very handsome small house. This plan was offered for a decade from 1916 to 1926.
