The Glen View was an updated traditional plan offered by Sears in 1936 with all the materials but "not already cut." It's a Garrison Colonial, which became popular during the 1930s as a variation on the already ubiquitous Colonial Revival. It is in a more modern style with a large, attached double car garage, four large bedrooms, two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bath on the main floor. It's a large, handsome house by any standard.
