The Kendall plan has one pretty façade and tons of curb appeal. The floorplan has much in common with the open bungalow-style as well as incorporating the clipped gable roof, exposed rafters, and battered porch columns. Entering directly into the livingroom, it would be a charming room with the French doors to dining room on the left, the fireplace at the opposite end, and the stairs forming an architectural focus. A breakfast nook, essential during the 1920s and a sun room, round out the basic amenites. All that and five bedrooms. It lacks only the second bathroom to make it perfect.
