This is a wonderful plan and extremely representative of the homes built in LA during the 1910s, many of which still survive. There are two dedicated bedrooms and a bathroom, but the den has a bed closet, so could easily function as a library, home office, or guest room. The terrace and porch are accessible via French windows (doors) from the dining and breakfast rooms to create additional outdoor living areas.
