Some people might describe this as a Cape Cod, but this was generally described as a modernized colonial cottage by its builder and owner during the 1920s. The dining room is particularly pleasant with windows on three sides. In keeping with the idea that fresh air and lots of light were healthy, this plan has lots of windows.
