This home plan was designed for one or two people to live comfortably. It has a sun room, one bedroom and bath, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. Easy access to the backyard from the kitchen and from the backyard to the bathroom without trekking through the house make us wonder if this was designed for a gardener. The ogee curve on the front porch roof is interesting and distinctive.
