Depending on your source, this home might be called a Colonial Revival or a Modernized Colonial. It has a modern, open floor plan that opens from a vestibule into the living room. The stairs would have been an architectural feature depending on the detail. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a sewing room that would have worked well as a nursery for an infant or as a small den.
