This beautiful little house is only about 800 sq. ft., but what it lacks in size it makes up for in character. It is an English cottage style with two floors: a bedroom/bath suite upstairs and living room and kitchen downstairs. The steeply pitched roof with varied angles and planes gives this home more presence than would be expected in such a small foot print.
