Face brick was a popular siding material used in many areas during the 1920s, but it was most commonly used in the Midwest. This small Chicago-style bungalow is small, about 1100 sq. ft., but has many nice features including the curved bay in the front and on the side. The two-bedroom, one bath plan makes good use of limited space.
