The Stratford looks like it would be quite comfortable on all but the hottest or coldest days of the year. Hewing to the call for health and fresh air, all the casement windows on the second floor open so a beneficial cross-draft might be achieved.
This home is a relatively simple bungalow of comfortable proportions with three bedrooms, one bath, and an open floor plan. Unlike many similar houses, the Stratford has two full floors, which would make it much more spacious upstairs.
