Homes from Forest to You, 1924 by Stetson & Post Lumber, Seattle
The Columbia is a sweet, small house plan that would have been quite pleasant for a family of four or so. Though it has many of the characteristics of the bungalow, the tiny front porch illustrates the transition to the growing demand for simpler entries. Many homes of the same period were being built in a more "modern" style with just a hood over the stoop.
