By 1924, changes in housing fashion had altered the demand for Craftsman-style bungalows to houses that might be better described at cottage bungalows. They were often small—even tiny—like the Juanita, which weighed in at a scant 640 sf. Still, it's a tidy little house with one bedroom and an en suite bath, a decent living room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with nook. It's designed with a basement, so there is room for storage.
