Like many of the small bungalows in the Stetson & Post book, the Yellowstone has a modest footprint. It has two bedrooms, both small but decent sized and a living room of adequate proportion. It's about the size of a two-bedroom apartment with built-ins and a fireplace. We tend to like these small houses because they are so darned cute, but really they minimize the acquisition of too much stuff ... the bane of 21st century life. Less stuff = less maintenance -> a simpler lifestyle. What's not to love?
